Ordering & Shipping
What are your shipping rates and delivery times?
Our standard shipping takes 1-7 days, depending on your location. We ship all orders via
PostNord to ensure reliable delivery. Shipping rates vary based on the size and weight of your order. You can view the exact shipping cost at checkout.
Would you like to add information about express shipping or international deliveries?
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and an
SMS notification with tracking details. This allows you to monitor your delivery status in real time.
Balloon Care & Use
Do you sell helium tanks for home use?
Yes! We offer helium tanks for home use, perfect for inflating balloons for parties and events. Our tanks are easy to use and come in different sizes to fit your needs. You can find them in our online store.
Cancellation & Returns
Can I cancel my order?
Please contact us ASAP for order cancellation. If your order has not been fulfilled, most of the time, we can cancel your order. However, if an order has been processed/fulfilled, unfortunately we can no longer cancel it.
What is your return policy?
We love all the products we carry, and we hope you do too! However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your product(s), received the wrong item(s), or if your order arrived damaged or with missing pieces, please contact us within 14 business days of the shipment delivery date to request a return.
- Returns received past the allowable date or containing ineligible items will not be refunded.
- Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, in the same condition as they were received. Opened or used items are non-refundable.
- We do not accept returns of candy/food or sale items. Additionally, Pompom Boxes or 'Party in a Box' are sold as one unit, and items from the box cannot be returned separately.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping costs will not be refunded. If you received a promotional discount on your order, that amount will be deducted from your return. the original standard shipping fee of 69 DKK will be deducted from your refund.
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@pompom-party.com with your return reason. Upon receipt of your return request, we will review it and send you a return authorization number and return details if the request is approved. We do not accept returns without a return authorization number.
Once we receive the returned item(s), your refund will be credited to the original method of payment within approximately 1-3 business days.

Products
What if a product is out of stock? When will it be available?
We try our best to anticipate demand, but sometimes certain items sell out quickly. If an item you want is out of stock, please contact us at hello@pompom-party.com, and we’ll let you know when it’s expected to be back in stock.
Can I order more quantities to accommodate my guest count?
Of course! Feel free to add a la carte items to your cart based on your guest number!
What happens if you run out of stock of an item I’ve already ordered?
We make every effort to ensure our inventory is accurate to avoid this happening but in rare cases when an item runs out of stock after your order is placed, we’ll contact you ASAP. If we don’t get a response from you within 2 business days, we will issue a refund of the out-of-stock item(s) and go ahead and ship the rest of the items, in order to avoid shipping delays.

We’re planning to carry more party collections in the future. Make sure follow us on social media or subscribe to our mailing list to get the latest product info!

Do you offer discounts?
The best way to find out about discounts or coupons is through our newsletter. Please make sure to sign up for our mailing list to get the latest promotional news!
I didn't receive my coupon code, can you help?
Sorry to hear! If you haven't received a discount code after signing up on our website please check that the email hasn't gone into your spam folder. If you can't find the email please try signing up again and make sure you entered your email address correctly. Feel free to try an alternate email address if you have one.
I forgot to add my discount code, what do I do?
If your order hasn’t been finalized, you can return to the checkout page to enter your discount code. Once your order has been placed/completed, we cannot apply a discount to it, unfortunately. However, you’re welcome to use the discount code for your next order. :)
Can I apply a seasonal discount code to my previous order?
Sorry but unfortunately we cannot make adjustments on previous purchases.
Can I combine coupon codes on my order?
Unfortunately, coupon codes cannot be combined, nor can multiple codes be applied to a single order.
